NOMAD CINE CLUB presents: I HAD THE HEART

A premiere of new film by Oliver Kolker, the director of Fermin

Summary

Moti Cohen, a once-prominent rock producer now in decline, seizes a chance for a comeback.

Two decades after discovering ‘The Panthers,’ he lost his musical intuition in the face of technological changes. Now, with a ‘New Talent Contest’ focusing on Tango, Moti takes on the challenge to scout for a new talent, motivated partly by the need to pay for his son’s Bar Mitzvah. Fate leads him to Bartolo Conte (El Chino Laborde), a mechanic and talented Tango singer. As Moti navigates his reunion with Tango, helps Bartolo prepare for the festival, and deals with personal challenges, he aims to reclaim his ability to spot and create what he knows best: a hit song.

A movie by Oliver Kolker, a tango dancer, actor, writer, and director. Oliver is the director and producer of "FERMIN, Glories of Tango".
